Pyxsoft Computing Ltd. - Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases of the Pyxsoft Antimalware, pxShield (WAF) and related paid services ("the Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the order completion date. In addition, each paid product includes a 7-day free trial that requires no credit card, so you can evaluate it on a real server before you buy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@pyxsoft.com from the email address associated with your account, or contact FastSpring buyer support. Please include your order reference so we can locate your purchase quickly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current period unless you are within the 14-day money-back window described above.

4. Merchant of Record

Pyxsoft sells the Service through FastSpring (FastSpring, Inc.), our Merchant of Record. FastSpring processes all payments and refunds on our behalf. Refunds are subject to this policy and to FastSpring's applicable buyer terms.
